Amber...it's always been a favorite of mine. There's something about the way the light shines through amber that gives off this warm golden orange glow. It draws you in and holds your gaze. This simple simple round stacking ring can be worn alone or stacked with a plain band or a stacking ring dawning a different stone to compliment it. The skinny hammered band makes it comfortable and can easily be worn daily and accompany any outfit. Mix it. Match it. Stack it. The choice is yours. Some photos may depict the ring worn with a plain sterling silver stacking band. That is not included. It is available for purchase separately.

Amber often times is referred to as a stone however it's not really a stone, it's fossilized resin. Amber comes from ancient evergreen trees and the majority of it is found in the Baltic Countries in Europe as well as the Dominican Republic. Amber was first discovered about 320 million years ago and can be found in a variety of colors. It is most commonly found in yellow, orange and golden browns however it can slo be found in more rare vibrant colors such as red, green and blue. The rarest color of amber is blue and can be found in the Dominican Republic.

Amber is quite old and with age comes a lot of ancient energy. Energy from amber is best transmitted by either wearing it in jewelry or putting small amber sculptures in your home. Its energy is said to help balance your energy and help dissolve negative energy and fear. It can help clear your mind and also help ease headache pain. Amber is also the astrological birthstone of Cancer.
